The objective of “more and better-trained technicians” starts with good Science and Technology education. Teachers are the key to creating a teaching environment that meets society’s needs. They “also make the difference” in the inflow of Science and Technology-minded and talented students. TechYourFuture – a partnership between the University of Twente and Saxion and Windesheim universities of applied sciences – focuses on the processes of selecting students for science and technology, the effectiveness and sustainability of existing practices and the design of new practices.
